  • Drawbackwards: front-end work (Vue.js) for Apria (healthcare) and Sophos (network security); working remotely with their US office
  • developed Real Kana and Real Kanji websites for learning Japanese; three million page views per month

Iffy Studio (London, UK)

Front End Developer (July 2015 – May 2017)

  • collaboratively built three iOS apps and two websites, including:
  • Incremental: flowers … bass synth … gravity
  • LCD: send a styled message … or add it to your site with one line of code
  • Zig: connect opposite corners … get the highest and lowest scores

  • front-end lead on migration of legacy, country-specific mobile sites (France, Germany, Italy, UK, etc.) to Groupon’s global API
  • feature development on US mobile site: global search, hotel bookings, nearby deals, etc.
  • front-end lead on migration of mobile site from Rails to Node.js
  • worked largely remotely (from Kyoto and London)
